It’s been a
very busy September for Lucy and Julie at the boutique, they had their sale,
which was amazing and they have said that they would like to thank everyone
that came along followed by a weekend of buying new dresses in Harrogate –
always a big event in the diary and they are incredibly excited to showcase
their new collections, their designers have once again outdone themselves.
Bridal Tips and Traditions
Walk down the aisle with confidence…
Going for
heels? Make sure you practice walking in your shoes before the big day.
Confidence is key when you’re walking down the aisle.
You Colour scheme…
Give your
florist a colour scheme, not particular flowers. Allow your florist flexibility
so that they can pick out the flowers that will give you the most impact on
your day.
Remember to
provide a list of flowers that you want to avoid.
What’s Hot?!
2013 is
going to be a mint year…
The colour
was massive on the spring fashion runways following a big trend for all things
vintage.
It’s so
easy to bring into your wedding too as you can make it more than just a colour
theme = think mojitos, cakes and favours.
Create Your Romantic Setting...
Candles can usually be purchased for less than flowers, so use them to
your advantage. Use fewer flowers, then put the spotlight on them with candles,
whilst creating a romantic setting but be sure to check with your venue if they
are allowed.
